Dayananda Sagar Institution is named in honour of its founder president Late Shri R Dayananda Sagar. Our Institutions are characterized by the quality of its education across a broad range of disciplines from school to post graduation. It is a seat of higher learning, with an international focus on all its activities and standards. Beyond the quality of education, it is the quality of life in the institution campus that provides for the academic growth and overall development of the students.
Dayananda Sagar College of Architecture (DSCA) was established in 1991 under the institution Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), and transformed as DSCA in 2017. The past successes and rich tradition of DSCA lay an excellent foundation enabling us to move forward and to embrace change.
The creation of architecture requires passion, intelligence and skill. The school’s design-oriented programs stress the skillful manipulation of form, the rigorous development of process and a real-world, problem-solving attitude that takes inspiration from the broad body of professional and societal knowledge necessary to practice in the contemporary world.
